AppSense Professional Course (Course Code: ILT-AMS-100)

The AppSense Certified Professional training course is a three day course that provides the necessary foundation to implement and manage user virtualization solutions using the AppSense Management Suite version 8.1.

The course is the entry level course to the new AppSense Certification program and must be completed before advancement to higher level courses.

AppSense Specialist Course (Course Code: ILT-AEM-200)

The AppSense Certified Specialist training course is a two day course that focuses on the AppSense Environment Manager component of the suite and covers installation, advanced configuration and user virtualization environment monitoring techniques. Please review the course prerequisites before booking this course.

The final date to register for all courses is 2 business days prior to the course start date to ensure materials are received in time. And to optimize the training experience, we recommend students obtain a headset prior to the course start date.

Terms & Conditions: 1. Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email or via telephone. There are limited placed available and courses are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. AppSense will issue you an access password and any course documentation and headsets will be sent to you to the shipping address provided, prior to the course. AppSense accepts no responsibility for any failure in delivery. 2. AppSense Inc reserves the right to vary or cancel a course where the occasion necessitates. AppSense accepts no liability if, for whatever reason, the course does not take place. 4. Where you are purchasing your course directly from AppSense: prices are as set out at http://nhcomputerlearning.com/appsense/ and an invoice will be sent separately to your company and is payable within 30 days. Prices may be subject to change. You may cancel your booking within 7 days if the price increases. Applicable sales taxes will be added. 5. Courses are delivered by New Horizons on behalf of AppSense. 6. You are responsible for any ISP charges or charges for any third party software needed to access the course or materials. 7. Cancellation: provided written notice is received at least 15 working days before the event, the fees payable for the course will be credited in full. Written notice on more than 10 working days will incur a charge of 50% course price. Cancellation is not permitted on less than 10 working days. Credits may be used for other courses and, where you have purchased the course directly from AppSense, refunds are available on request. Where you have registered with a voucher issued by a third party, you shall only receive credits; vouchers do not have a cash value. Unused credits may be used for a period of up to 6 months from original course date. 8. You may transfer to another course date on written notice to AppSense. This cannot be done after the date of the course and may only be done once. 9. This registration constitutes a legally binding contract and is governed by the laws of the state of New York. The delegate and employer are jointly and severally liable for payment of fees due to AppSense. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither AppSense nor New Horizons will be liable by reason of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss or consequential loss occasioned to any person acting in reliance upon the course material or presentation of the course or, except to the extent that any such loss does not exceed the course price, arising from or connected with any error or omission in the course material or presentation of the conference. Consequential loss shall be deemed to include but is not limited to any loss of profits or anticipated profits, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of business or anticipated business, damages, costs, expenses incurred or payable to any third party. 10. You may be contacted from time to time with details of programs and services that may be of interest to you. Please notify AppSense if you do not wish to be included in this activity. 11.
